Starrizer was a multi-level marketing start-up company based in Sarasota,Fl. The idea was to provide a music platform where people could sign up to be talent scouts and make a royalty from the artist he/she discovered. Starrizer developed a web app that talent scouts and music artist could upload music and sell it. In order to outline how much talent scouts and artist make, we had to design a compensation plan which is featured above.
